SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE
Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at 11 O'Connell Drive
JOIN US FOR A TIME OF FELLOWSHIP AND LIVELY WORSHIP THROUGH SONG AND A MESSAGE FROM PASTOR MITCHELL FOLEY, PASTOR DAN BURSEY OR ONE OF OUR SPEAKERS.
During the service, we have a Youth Bible Study, a Kids’ Ministry, and a Nursery.
On the first Sunday of every month, we hold a Communion service at the end of the Worship Service.
We have some people in our congregation whose allergies and asthma can be triggered by strong scents and perfumes. Therefore, we would like to be as scent-free as possible. Would you help us by not wearing perfumes and colognes when attending church? Thank you!
FAMILY SERVICE: Join us on Sunday, December 14, at 11:00 a.m.

Week of Prayer: Save the date! Join us from January 5 to 11.
CONNECTION GROUPS
Connection Groups meet weekly to study the written Word of God, featuring prepared material and discussion. Connection groups are an excellent way to learn more about Jesus, pray for one another, and build friendships.
Alpha
In January, we will be starting Alpha. Alpha is a worldwide program that gets people talking about the basics of the faith and exploring Christianity.
We will be running Alpha here at the church on Sunday nights, starting January 11 at 6:00 p.m. Join us for dinner, followed by a video and table discussion.
We would like you to make that a matter of prayer. Pray for Alpha here at Corner Brook Baptist Church, and pray for whom God might want you to invite to the group.
WOMEN’S CONNECTION GROUP
*SESSIONS WILL RESUME IN JANUARY, 2026
Women can join us on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. at the church for bible study, prayer, and fellowship. This season, we are studying the Book of Esther.
God is always at work in the background, even when he seems silent. This powerful truth is evident in the book of Esther—a story of God’s providence and the preservation of his people during their exile in Persia. In this seven-session series, Rev. Dr. Danielle Brown will help us see that despite moral corruption, national chaos, and the emotional turmoil of the main characters, God will never abandon his people and is positioning us for a purpose bigger than we can imagine.
Get in touch with Cora Cohlmeyer at cora@cbbaptist.ca to learn more.
Every Man a Warrior
The church supports Robert Barbeau in his role as Director of Every Man a Warrior Canada. We are partners with him in this ministry. Robert Barbeau currently runs the Men’s Ministry at the church. To learn more, get in touch with Robert at rbarbeau@twr.ca.
CBBC SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY!!!
We will resume some type of bible study or topical study in the new year!
If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. - John 15:7-8
