BUSINESS MEETING
There is a business meeting today after church to approve the plans for the parking expansion and to vote on new members.
DYING WITH CHRIST - LIVING WITH HOPE
JOIN US ON WEDNESDAYS (APRIL 17, MAY 1, AND MAY 8) AT 7:30 P.M. at the church. A Connection Group on medical and theological issues related to the value and dignity of human life. This will examine how the expansion of euthanasia in Canada challenges the Christian view of death. Life is a gift from God, and our society is in need of Christian hope.
VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION
Join us at the church on Sunday, May 5, at 6:00 p.m. The ministries at Corner Brook Baptist Church would not be possible without our amazing volunteers. We want to say “Thank You” by inviting you to our Volunteer Appreciation Night and dinner.

KNITTING BEGINNERS AND MENTORS
ON MONDAYS FROM 10:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M., we will meet weekly at the church for a Ladies Connection Group hosted by Alison McHugh. For all skill levels. Feel free to bring other needlecrafts. Contact alisonmchughcbk@hotmail.com to connect.
WOMEN’S CONNECTION GROUP

PRAYER OF THE WEEK
This week, pray for the Saint-John Kings Association of churches in New Brunswick. Thank God for the impact that they have on their neighbourhoods and for those who lead and serve within their congregations. Pray that God would continue to guide their ministries and that the Gospel would be made known through them.

SAFECHURCH POLICIES
As per our Child Protection Policies, we are asking that parents not let their children go downstairs unsupervised during the first part of our service. We do not have supervision for them before our children's program starts.
ALLERGIES
Our congregation has some people whose allergies and asthma can be triggered by strong scents and perfumes. Therefore, we would like to be as scent-free as possible.
